Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data — including all Instagram (Meta) Platform Data held by our RedZen Autoposter app — at any time. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

RedZen Autoposter (Instagram) users

To delete the data associated with your connected Instagram account:

• Email us: send a request to privacy@redzen.cloud with the subject “Data deletion request” and the Instagram username you connected. We will delete the connection, the stored access token, your profile information, and all content and configuration associated with the account, then confirm completion.
• Revoke access on Instagram: you can additionally remove RedZen Autoposter’s access in your Instagram app under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. This invalidates our access token immediately; follow up with the email above to have the stored data erased.

What gets deleted: your Instagram account ID, username, profile picture, API access token, scheduled and generated posts, brand brief, and all account configuration stored in our systems.
